Odessa Police Searching for Suspect Involved in Weekend Shooting 12/3/12

On December 1, 2012, at approximately 0330 hours Officers with the Odessa Police Department responded to a call of a gunshot victim at 1101 Fitch, Arbor Terrace Apartments. Upon arrival, it was determined that subject identified as Mark Anthony Lujan (12-03-92), had been shot and was transported to Medical Center Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Investigation determined that a fight erupted in the parking lot of the apartment complex. During the course of this fight, one subject produced a firearm and fired two shots. This subject then left the scene.
Investigators have obtained an arrest warrant for the Abner “Ace” Bustillos in connection with this incident.
