Driver Smashes Into Restaurant In Odessa 11/15/12

Odessa, Tx. - One man is arrested after slamming into an Odessa restaurant.
According to the Odessa Police Department, it happened around 2:40 this morning at Norma's Cafe on 5th and Jackson.
The driver was not injured in the wreck but was arrested for drinking and driving.
