DPS troopers have released the name of the man killed in a rollover crash in Midland.
Troopers identified the victim as 24-year-old Leonard Lee Ramos of Midland.

Midland, Tx. - A Midland man is dead after a rollover on I-20 near mile marker 145 just East of East Loop 250.
According to DPS, the driver of an SUV was on the southbound service road when his car rolled onto the Interstate.
He was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from his vehicle.
Alcohol was a factor.
