Business Owner Arrested by Homeland Security in Odessa to Appear in Court Today 10/11/12

Odessa - The owner of an Odessa business is expected to have her initial court appearance this afternoon after being arrested by Homeland Security agents yesterday.
Maria Valdez, the owner of Divine Fragrances at 14th and Grant, is being on accusations of selling counterfeit merchandise such as handbags, glasses, etc.
According to officials, she will be appearing in federal court at 3:30PM.
Valdez is currently being held in the Midland County Jail.
