If OU Was Big Test, What's No. 5 West Virgina to Texas Tech? 10/9/12

If the Red Raiders thought Oklahoma was a good first test for their revitalized defense, one has to wonder what they're thinking going against No. 5 West Virginia.
Texas Tech's defense allowed 41 points through three quarters in a home loss to the Sooners last weekend. That's just two points shy of all Red Raiders opponents combined (4-1, 1-1 Big 12) in the Texas Tech's four wins.
The Mountaineers are averaging 52 points a game.
Texas Tech's defense faces the nation's most efficient passer in Mountaineers quarterback Geno Smith, running back Andrew Buie, and Stedman Bailey and Tavon Austin, two of the best receivers in the country.
West Virginia (5-0, 2-0) travels back to Texas after beating the Longhorns 48-45.
