After law enforcement spent the night searching for a kidnapped child, an Odessa mother is re-united with her young boy.
The Ector County Sheriff’s Department tells CBS 7 the child was located in Howard County at around 3 A.M. with the mother's boyfriend, Martin Silguero.
The mother of the young boy reported him missing after Silguero did not return him. After an investigation deputies concluded he was kidnapped.
Martin Silguero is now in custody.
Sergeant Duesler tells CBS 7 deputies knew who had taken the child so information could not be confirmed as to not alert the suspect.

The Ector County Sheriff’s Office confirms deputies are working a possible kidnapping case involving a child.
The child was reported missing late Monday night.
Law enforcement are searching in Ector County and surrounding counties.
According to scanner reports, the victim is described as a young boy. The suspect is an adult male.
Deputies have not released the identities of the victim and alleged kidnapper as they continue to investigate several leads.
The sheriff's office will release details as soon as they get more information confirmed.
