Midland - West Texans can take a step back in time at First United Methodist Church in Midland.
The Traveling Tabernacle is back in town. It is a full replica of the tabernacle of Moses and is open to the public.
It features seven stations that leads guests through an Old Testament journey.
Organizers say it's not only entertaining, but educational as well.
"Engaged and involved. You can get the Biblical material from the Bible itself, but to actually go through a presentation like this is very humbling," Donald Flint, Pastor of Rose of Sharon Baptist Church said.
The tabernacle is open Monday through Thursday 11 am to 8 pm, Friday and Saturday from 9 am until 8 pm and Sunday from 12 pm to 8 pm.
Cost is 5 dollars for adults and 3 dollars for students.
