ANDREWS, TX – Today the city of Andrews is receiving bids for the expansion of their Business and Technology Center.
The center will host Odessa College classes for their new registered nurse program. It is the first registered nursing program for the college.
The bids will be sealed proposals that will be opened on next week during city council.
Odessa College officials say the expansion of the center will help with the nursing shortage in the U.S. They say it will promote training more people in the area who are interested in the medical position.
