Video: MPD officer brings laughs to traffic control at Juneteenth

MIDLAND -- Viewer Albert Hall was more than a little impressed with the dancing, spiderman impersonating, high-fiving Midland Police officer who helped control the traffic at Juneteenth Saturday.

"We find a lot of things to complain about, but here's something we can all celebrate together. I didn't catch the name of the officer, but while he was on traffic control, he was also on crowd laughter control! Not only was he ding his job conducting traffic, but he made sure to do it with great joy! Today he wasn't giving out tickets, instead, he was giving out high fives, jumping in cars, and leaving lots of smiles on everyone's face! Thank you for making today an even greater celebration," Hall said.
