WEST ODESSA -- A woman was arrested after allegedly shooting at a car with three children and a man inside.
Angelic D'Shea Steel, 35, has been charged with Unlawful Possession of Firearm by a Felon, a 3rd Degree Felony, and Deadly Conduct, a 3rd Degree Felony.
According to the Ector County Sheriff's Office, their deputies were dispatched to the area of 11696 Westmark Tuesday night for a call of a suspicious person.
When deputies arrived on scene they found a white 1996 GMC Yukon parked in the roadway with glass busted out from the driver side window.
The owner of the vehicle told deputies that he had ran out of gas and was pushing the Yukon when a woman with a gun began firing at the vehicle, according to ECSO. He then saw her walk back into her home after she was done shooting.
According to ECSO the owner told deputies that a 6-year-old boy, a 4-year-old girl, and a 2-year-old girl along with another man were in the Yukon at the time of the shooting.
Investigation of the shooting identified the suspect as Steel. She was then charged and arrested, according to ECSO.
Investigation of the shooting is on going.
