ODESSA -- A woman was arrested after allegedly driving recklessly and crashing her car with two children riding inside.

Keela Yvonne Roberts, 34, has been charged with two counts of Endangering a Child, a State Jail Felony, False Identification - Fugitive from Justice, a Class A Misdemeanor, Reckless Driving, a Class B Misdemeanor, and for two outstanding misdemeanor warrants.

According to the Odessa Police Department, their officers responded to the 2100 block of Beverly Wednesday evening for a call of a four-vehicle crash involving a rollover.

Once police arrived on scene they discovered a crash involving a total of four different vehicles, two of which were rolled over. A Ford Flex had crashed into a tree.

Investigation of the crash revealed that a silver 2012 Ford Flex had begun to tailgate and drive aggressively behind a white 2012 Fiat 500 before witnesses say it tried to pass the Fiat on the wrong side of the road, according to OPD.

The Flex then ran a stop sign and continued driving recklessly before crashing into a tree, causing a four-car crash. The driver of the Flex gave officers on scene a false name and date of birth.

The driver was eventually identified as Roberts, and it was revealed that she had two outstanding warrants. She, along with the two passengers of her car, a 7-year-old boy and 6-year-old girl, were all transported to Medical Center Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

According to OPD, Roberts placed both children at great risk for serious bodily injury or death as a result of her actions while driving. Based on the faces and circumstances Roberts was charged and arrested accordingly.

CPS was notified of the incident, and both children were released to a family member.
