Odessa -- The City of Odessa held their annual Parade of Lights earlier this evening.
Floats of different sizes and shapes all took part in the festivities.
Not even this cold weather could damper the enthusiasm of one man who took part in making an Alice in Wonderland float.
“It's about Christmas, it's about the spirit, you know, it's a lot of fun, a lot of work, but it's also a lot of fun,” said Randy Severse, the lighting engineer of the float.
The parade kicked off at 6:30pm and lit up the streets of Downtown Odessa bringing holiday cheer to those in attendance.
