Midland police release photos of vehicle involved with bank robbery

Midland Police have released what they believe is the vehicle associated with the bank robber of BB&T Friday.

The Midland Police Department is investigating a bank robbery Friday afternoon at BB&T.

According to City of Midland spokesperson Sara Bustilloz, MPD received a call of a bank robbery taking place at the BB&T location at 4715 Midland Drive at 3:23 p.m.

The suspect reportedly walked up to a cashier and demanded money before fleeing the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

According to MPD the suspect is described as a white man in his 60's, standing at approximately 6' tall with a medium build. During the robbery he was wearing an orange baseball cap, blue hoodie, blue jeans and black tennis shoes.

MPD believes that the suspect may be the same person involved in a bank robbery at the BB&T location at Andrews Highway last week.
