ODESSA -- 11:30 a.m. Update:
Kevin Roberts, (left) has been charged with a Murder warrant out of Ector County. Roberts is the roommate of the boyfriend of Ashley Williams (right), who was last seen on Tuesday.
The Odessa Police Department states that Kevin Lee Roberts has admitted to stabbing and killing Ashley Williams.
According to a press release, OPD began investigating the disappearance of Williams on Tuesday afternoon.
Officers learned that Williams had last been seen driving a 2016 Chevrolet Impala.
That vehicle was located by DPS at 8:30 p.m. near Weatherford, Texas.
The driver of the vehicle was then identified as Roberts. Roberts was interviewed by Texas Rangers and reportedly admitted to stabbing and killing Williams.
Roberts told authorities that he had hidden Williams' body in a duffel bag and placed it in a dumpster near 8th Street and Meadow.
Officers found a body inside of a dumpster at that location, and have sent it to Tarrant County for an autopsy.
Police then obtained warrants for Roberts, who was charged and arrested accordingly.
9:35 a.m. Update:
According to the Parker County Sheriff's Office, Kevin Lee Roberts was arrested at 12:49 a.m. Wednesday morning.
Roberts has been charged with murder and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Roberts is the roommate of Williams' boyfriend Kevin Ramirez. OPD's Crime Lab Unit searched dumpsters and their apartment early Wednesday morning.
It's unsure if Roberts charges are connected to the case but the arrest warrants were issued out of Ector County, according to the Parker County Sheriff's Office.
Parker County is located just to the west of Fort Worth along I-20.
8:45 a.m. Update:
The Ector County Sheriff's Office confirms the boyfriend of Ashley Williams, Kevin Ramirez, was arrested late Tuesday night.
Ramirez was picked up on several outstanding warrants. He's now charged with two counts of sexual assault of a child and one count of indecency with a child by sexual contact. The charges stem from a separate investigation.
Still no sign of Williams as of news time Wednesday morning.
5 a.m. Update: Odessa Police are still searching for a missing woman and her boyfriend fears she was kidnapped.
Twenty-one-year-old Ashley Williams was last seen around noon Tuesday afternoon, according to police. Williams is 5’3” and weighs about 120 pounds.
In an exclusive interview with Williams’ boyfriend, Kevin Ramirez, he says she went to his apartment to give his roommate a ride, then she was going to pick him up from work, but she never showed up.
Ramirez said that workers at the apartment complex said there had been a domestic disturbance call earlier in the day at his apartment. People reported hearing a woman screaming but no one answered the door at the time officers responded.
When Ramirez got home several hours later, he says he found his apartment had been ransacked and all of his valuables were missing. He also noticed a trail of blood; that's when police were called.
Still no sign of Williams or Ramirez's roommate as of Wednesday morning. DPS confirms Ramirez’s boyfriend's roommate was pulled over in Abilene. Police have not commented if he is connected the case.

He said when he entered his apartment he could smell bleach but didn’t think anything of it until he noticed the blood in the living room.
Ramirez said his roommate had stolen his car and was stopped by DPS troopers in Abilene, authorities have not released if he has any connection to Williams disappearance.
