ECTOR CO. -- The Ector County Board of Trustees have approved the bond proposal unanimously, which means that voters will see it on the November ballot.

The price tag on the bond was increased to $291,172, an increase from $287,000.

40 members of the bond committee worked all summer on a game plan to improve ECISD. The bond would improve technology, safety, and infrastructure to all campuses. The committee says the bond is necessary because schools across the county are too crowded.
