ECTOR COUNTY -- According to Ector County Sheriff's Office, seven people have been arrested and charged with capital murder in the death of Fred Hardy McNeal.
McNeal was reported as missing by his sister in September 2017.
An investigation into McNeal was started and various tips and information led to the eventual discovery of McNeal's body on October 27 in a shallow grave located on a property located at Sheep Pasture Rd and F.M. 181.
ECSO says that further investigation revealed seven suspects were believed to be involved in the murder of McNeal.
The Ector County Sheriff's Office, U.S. Marshal's Office, and DPS recently made the multiple arrests and charged the following suspects, 48-year-old Wesley P. Dickenson , 35-year-old Jose A. Ramirez, 29-year-old Jennifer N. Rogers, 35-year-old Michael T. Silvas, 37-year-old Mikel G. Stegall (Jr.),43-year-old Eddie Barnes, and 28-year-old David R. Dearick,
