CRANE- The Texas Organization of Rural & Community Hospitals (TORCH) announced that Dianne Yeager, RN, and CEO of Crane Memorial Hospital, was the recipient of the Essence of Leadership Award at their 10th Annual TORCH Leadership & Management Institute Awards.
“TORCH is proud to put the spotlight on Dianne Yeager, CEO of Crane Memorial Hospital, for her hard work and dedication to rural health,” said David Pearson, president and CEO of TORCH. “Her leadership has ensured that Crane Memorial Hospital is known for its stellar reputation, and unsurpassed quality and service in the community.”
The Essence of Leadership Award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated outstanding leadership, service and contribution in healthcare, and who has made a significant impact in his or her organization and community.
Yeager was nominated for her visionary leadership and guidance. “Yeager embodies the essence of leadership, initiative and volunteerism,” said Pearson. “She is dedicated to patient safety, servant leadership, and life-long learning. We are honored to present her with this award.”
The award was presented during the 2016 TORCH Leadership & Management Institute awards luncheon held on September 15 in Horseshoe Bay, Texas.
