ECTOR COUNTY -- Big changes for the Ector County Hospital District Board.
All three incumbents lost to their opponents in Saturday's election, but with the old and in with the new isn't sitting well with everyone.
One incumbent CBS 7 spoke to says he hopes the new additions to the board will take their time in making any big changes.
"I just hope the new board members will come in and get their feet on the ground before they start trying to make some changes,” said Virgil Trower.
He was on the Ector County Hospital District Board for more than 20 years.
He doesn't believe the controversial health-care decision had anything to do with his loss, he blames voter turnout.
"I don't know what we could have done any different. People say they're going to go vote and that just didn't happen,” said Virgil.
