Get ready for more low clouds and fog to start your weekend as Gulf of Mexico moisture continues to stream in on east to southeast winds into West Texas. Just like Friday morning...fog could be dense in a few spots and knock down visibilities to less than 2 miles in some areas. Be sure to allow yourself extra time to get to where you need to go Saturday morning and slow down when driving through the fog. Most of fog looks to dissipate by late in the morning and make for sunny and warmer Veterans Day...so looking good for everything you want to do outdoors.
Sunday will be a different story as the clouds and fog will be back in the early morning hours and hang around as a cold front pushes through the area. Temperatures will be cooler and a few showers will be possible by the afternoon hours. Some of the light rain looks to stay in the forecast for early Monday but then more sun and milder temperatures move in for the rest of the week as daytime highs move back into the mid to upper 70's with dry conditions.
