School board President Rick Davis says the chosen firm will help them gather community input on what you want in a Superintendent.

"They'll be able to help us formulate the profile that needs to be communicated to potential superintendent candidates. I think they'll also help us conduct a nationwide search to find the very best person for the job. They have resources and contacts and networks that those of us in Midland County don't have," said Davis.

Midland ISD hopes to have a permanent Superintendent in place by Mid-Summer.
